I've updated the shop to include some framed drawings that I've done of Eddie, Nelson and James. I'll add some more soon. There's also a few Badger pictures up there, too!
This coming Sunday, we're holding a party at the studio complex where I work. The event's called New Cross Turn Left, which is as much a practical set of instructions about how to get there as a reflection of the politics of the people working at the Old Police Station.
There'll be comics for sale, lots of them, from loads of very cool people, with more of a chance to meet the exhibitors than you'd usually get at a comics fair. With it being at my studio, I'll also be welcoming people to come in and take a look at the tiny little tin can where I work and I'll be having an impromptu exhibition in my studio space of drawings and paintings I've been working on over the last year, as well as art from The Lengths and from Badger. Of course, I'll also have plenty of copies of The Lengths if you've not had a chance to pick one up yet.

Issue 3 Preview
In a city full of temptation, you measure relationships in dog years. When you offer temptation for money, managing anything more than the hour you're paid for is a challenge. After three unexpected months with Dan, Eddie is finding it harder to keep his work away from his love life. The first encounter with Nelson in the gym that led him away from his friends plays through his mind and takes him back to the start of a story of sex, drugs and unrequited love.
Issue Three of The Lengths will be available from all good UK comics retailers at the beginning of September and from http://www.thelengths.com - be sure to let your local shop know to reserve you a copy.
I will be at New Cross Turn Left on Sunday the 24th of July and at the London MCM Expo in October and Thought Bubble in Leeds in November. I will also be giving a talk at Laydeez Do Comix on August 22nd about The Lengths. It'd be great to see you at these.
You can catch up with issues one and two of The Lengths either by picking them up through your local comic shop or by ordering them online here.
Issue Two in Shops This Week
Issue 2 of The Lengths will be in your local comic shop this week if you live in the UK, so pop in this Wednesday and get your copy.
After Eddie's unexpected one night stand with Dan, he finds himself waiting to meet him by the Thames for that awkward follow-up. Eddie's mind takes him back through his last, failed relationship with James and he wonders at the cracks of temptation and pride that split him away from his friends and his lover years before.
Holding secrets inside while holding the past in his arms is going to be a challenge.
Head down to your local comics shop this Wednesday or order your copy online here.
Also, please remember to support The Lengths by telling your friends, posting the link to http://www.thelengths.com on your twitter feed, google+ (I have one, too!), Facebook page, Livejournal or wherever, reviewing it on your blog and generally helping to get the word out about the comic. I genuinely do appreciate all the help and support you all give - doing this comic pretty much by myself in the little green tin can studio in Deptford with help from friends in an industry dominated by massive corporations isn't easy, but I'm giving it a go because I believe in the importance of storytelling as form. Thanks again for all your support in getting the word out and for all the brilliant feedback.
